At Bouquet & Company we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees unless product is found to be defective). Please note, some items have specific return directions. Read below for details.
Directions for Returns
Returning General Merchandise
*Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, manuals and all accessories. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
- Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
- Freight on returns for non-defective items will not be credited.

Kellogg, MN 55945 - Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your credit card account with the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Late Returns
We must receive your returned merchandise by the return date indicated on the front of your packing slip. Items received after the 15-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you. Should we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Exchanges
To exchange a product you have purchased at Bouquet & Company, please return the item you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Bouquet & Company, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at bouquet@bouquetent.com or call (800) 328-5598. Freight charges on defective items will be credited, along with the product total, for the damaged item only. Our Customer Service hours are 9am - 5pm CST.
